The Idea:
Limitless was born from a simple thought: what if we showcased the materials we work with, by letting them speak for themselves? Not through swatches or samples, but through a conceptual embroidered art piece that spells out their names- and embodies them, quite literally.
Hand-embroidered sequins bring the word “Sequins” to life. “Crystal” glimmers in crystal work. “Thread” flows with the intricacies of hand-stitching. Raffia, ribbons, plexiglass, crystals, beads- each one is embroidered using the very material it represents. And through multiple, unique embroidery techniques that demonstrate just how versatile and expressive each medium can be.
The result? Language that becomes texture, and text that turns tactile.
